His practical experience and research work include knowledge in the Digital Transformation of businesses, the creation of online communities, measuring the effectiveness of promotional campaigns (ROI), analyzing and evaluating statistical data, and optimizing search engine results.

He has been distinguished for designing and developing comprehensive strategies for the Digital Modernization of businesses, including the design of information systems that lead businesses to complete Digital Transformation. He was the inspirer and creator of some of the first Facebook campaigns in Europe in 2007.

His achievements also include the authorship of the book “Social Media Facebook Marketing,” the first comprehensive book on Facebook Marketing in both Greek and international literature. He has served as the academic director and primary instructor of the Diploma in Social Media, which is conducted in collaboration between Citrine Marketing Communication and City University.
